Main request is for postural challenges- at work, at play, and sleep. Swedish Massage is the more accepted form of touch, however I feel Deep Tissue work has real results- not necessarily deep pressure- and really allowing the fascia to adapt to those stresses. I'm adept with Reflexology, Pre-Natal, Geriatric, Sports Massage, Abdominal Massage, Cranio/Sacral work, and Lymphatics.

I enjoy hiking in our Mt Baldy backyard in the summer, and skiing in the winter. Photography is an interest of mine, as a picture is worth a thousand words. Of course, I'm an advocate of community work and believe we all should donate and volunteer to make a better world. Touch is the ultimate form of communication and a pat on the back, or empathetically holding someone's hand can mean so much. Laughter can be powerful medicine, and smiling uses less muscles- be optimistic!
